Last updated: June 1, 2026By creating an account or using DreamOracle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
DreamOracle is a personal dream interpretation service. We provide a journal for recording dreams, a human oracle interpretation service, a symbol library, and analytical tools for tracking patterns in your dream life.
Dream interpretation is a reflective and symbolic practice. It is not a substitute for psychological counseling, mental health treatment, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@dreamoracle.co.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use DreamOracle. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You own the dreams, journal entries, and other content you submit to DreamOracle. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store it, display it to you, and share it with your assigned oracle interpreter for the purpose of interpretation.
We do not claim ownership of your dreams or interpretations. We do not use your content for advertising, AI training, or any purpose beyond providing the service to you.
Oracle Pro members receive unlimited interpretations with priority turnaround. Free members receive three interpretations per calendar month. Interpretation quality is the result of the expertise and judgment of our oracle team; we do not guarantee any specific outcome or insight.
Interpretations are delivered within the timeframes stated on our pricing page. We will communicate promptly if we anticipate any delay.
Oracle Pro is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
If your payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your data will be preserved.
You may not use DreamOracle to submit content that is illegal, that infringes on the rights of others, or that is intended to harm. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where circumstances allow.
DreamOracle is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of dream interpretations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DreamOracle is incorporated. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
